Mike Hardy has been using Open Source software since using 24 3.5-inch floppy disks to install Slackware Linux 1 on his dorm room computer back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Mike took an extended career detour into software consulting via various roles, including Director of Software Engineering and even CFO of Tacit Knowledge but is again happily indulging in mostly Open Source software development as maintainer of many Invertase Open Source repositories.
