We are searching for a visionary Product Manager to lead the development of innovative products that meet our customers’ needs.

Our Ideal Person:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of software developers in an agile environment, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of managing the full product life cycle to meet customer/user needs.
  • Strong understanding of demand management analysis and planning activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to align product management objectives with overall business goals, effectively planning and authorising work to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills, maintaining a register of business requests and efficiently routing project management requests.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, identifying potential impacts, threats, and opportunities for the organisation.
  • Experience in playing an active role in formal organisational processes, such as recruitment, reward, promotion, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, motivating and mentoring team members to achieve measurable results and agreed objectives.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, fostering individual skill development and personal growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain a register of business requests and effectively route project management requests, providing timely status updates.
  • Implement demand management analysis and planning activities for efficient resource allocation and project execution.
  • Manage the full product life cycle, ensuring customer/user needs are met through appropriate product development methods and tools.
  • Align product management objectives with overall business goals, authorising and planning work accordingly.
  • Effectively manage resources within the team to meet current and planned demand.
  • Foster a high-performing culture within the team to achieve measurable results and agreed objectives.
  • Encourage individual development of skills and capabilities in line with team and personal goals.
  • Play an active role in formal organisational processes, such as recruitment, reward, promotion, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Lead the identification and assessment of emerging technologies, evaluating potential impacts, threats, and opportunities for the organisation.
